Hardware broadband access platforms

A hardware platform can be developed based on Atheros 9k (IEEE 802.11n) chipset and general purpose processor (MIPS, Atheros)

Closest analogs - MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Rapira

Advantages of the in-house solution:

  • lower cost of the end product (military and professional radio stations, base stations (access points) and subscriber equipment of broadband access civil networks);
  • a set of interfaces and peripheral equipment meeting the requirements of military products (S1-TCH and S1-FL interfaces to control military radio station RF module, support responsive touch screen, etc.);
  • navigation system integration (GLONASS, in future, a heterogeneous navigation platform developed by the company).

The software can be implemented based on Linux operating system:

Open source code allows modifying system mechanisms to meet the needs of the developed products;

Full control over the system core and all device drivers;

The product may be certified to be used in military and special-purpose equipment.

Benefits of the original software:

  • support of collision free operation of Wi-Fi access point (PCF or Polling mode);
  • support of ad hoc networks with dynamic routing;
  • interface with the available military and departmental data communication equipment.
