This software is designed to automate and monitor the basic operations of a wireless internet service provider. It allows you to track and monitor the full cycle of connecting people from the call to the call center to the installation of equipment and technical support. It allows you to keep track of equipment in automatic mode, monitor the frequency of radio modules and channel widths at base stations.

  • Collection of regulatory documents, monitoring the compliance of frequencies of installed devices, accounting for communication channels,
  • Updating software on installed devices, collecting information about models,
  • Monitoring the availability of all critical devices and notifying interested parties of their status,
  • Employees authorization in the system, distribution of access to the necessary sections and tasks,
  • Recording all of the company's telephone conversations, their registration to assess the quality of performance of call center operators, managers, technical support,
